2026 NAPB Election Results!
Dear NAPB members,
On behalf of the NAPB Executive Committee, we are pleased to announce the results of the 2026 NAPB election. Dr. Jenny Koebernick has been elected to serve a 4-year Executive Committee (EC). Dr. Koebernick will start as Secretary, NAPB EC at the transition of leadership during our 2026 Annual Meeting at College Station, TX.
We extend our sincere thanks to both candidates for their willingness to serve our organization and to all members who participated in the election. Your engagement helps ensure a strong, representative organization.

NAPB-APBA International Borlaug Scholarship
The NAPB-APBA International Borlaug Scholarship Program strengthens the pan-African plant breeding community by identifying and supporting exceptional graduate student plant breeders across Africa. A joint initiative of the U.S. National Association of Plant Breeders (NAPB) and the African Plant Breeders Association (APBA), the program pairs each Scholar with world-class mentors from both organizations to provide guidance and support in their professional development.
