We are excited to announce that the 2025 NAPB annual meeting will be held May 19-23 in Kona, Big Island, Hawaii. The meeting will take place at the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa. The meeting will provide a unique structure with events occurring in the morning leaving afternoon open for participants to explore the unique agriculture and culture of Hawaii while taking tropical perspective on plant breeding.

In preparation, NAPB is offering up to $1,000 in reimbursement to 40 US based students and 10 early career scientists (within 7 years of highest degree earned) who are NAPB members. All awardees will be required to participate in the poster session. This award can only be used for travel expenses; it cannot be used for conference registration. Those interested will need to apply by November 30, 2024. We will be sending the link to the form out soon. We look forward to seeing you in Hawaii.
